100-hour CHILL certification course
Course Overview
Our mission is to make it a little easier for people to live less stressed, more mindful lives and we love working with others that want to join us in this pursuit. Whether you are interested in becoming a CHILL certified instructor or just looking to deepen your personal practice, this course is for you.
Our in-depth, 100-hour mindfulness training course will provide you with the tools needed to deepen your own practice and teach you how to guide meditation for others. Experience meditation study, discussion, and practice with an ensemble of CHILL’s most respected instructors.
COURSE CURRICULUM
Our mindfulness training program begins by exploring the seat of the student, then transitions into guiding and leading mindfulness exercises, and culminates with an immersive teaching experience. Throughout the course, you will learn from the experts about:
History of meditation and mindfulness
Benefits of the practice
Various styles of meditation
Emotional regulation
Breathwork to manage the nervous system
Mind-body connection
Neuroscience and anatomy of the brain
Sequencing and theming practices
The art of teaching mindfulness (virtually + in-person)

REQUIREMENTS
Some experience meditating (you don’t need to be a pro, we just ask that you’ve given it a try a couple times)
Full attendance and participation in sessions (makeups considered on a case by case basis)
Completion of all homework, activities, readings and final exam (textbooks not included in tuition)

Historically we have offered partial + full, need-based scholarships. To apply, please create a short video (< 5 min) about yourself, why you need a scholarship + how you intend to leverage the training to help bring less stress and more mindfulness to the world.
